Under contract, Mikayla helped support end-to-end social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and X. I developed content systems that balanced high-volume production with strict compliance requirements. My approach combined: High-frequency content creation (up to 90 posts/month) Platform-specific optimization across 6+ channels MLR-compliant copywriting for patient-facing messaging Real-time analytics tracking and weekly reporting Cross-functional collaboration with PR, legal, and clinical teams Paid media and SEM campaign execution for traffic and conversions Additionally managed reputation monitoring across 100+ physician profiles and multiple hospital locations, ensuring brand trust and responsiveness across review platforms.
